HOW TO GET LONGER, THICKER HEALTHIER HAIR.

Ladies๐Ÿ˜Š I love beauty hacks, especially natural ones. I said I was going to incorporate beauty hacks or tips on my blog too, so here's one that I live by..

HOW TO GET LONGER, THICKER, HEALTHIER HAIR.

. Before I go into my weekly hair routine.. let me just add, that I'm not an expert, I'm simply just a beauty enthusiast that has done all my research on beauty tricks that works for me.

The Products that I use, are natural products. This has been a personal preference for quite some time now. WHY?.. well, when I was pregnant with my son, my hair was at it's best, it was healthy, shiny and really soft and smooth. Research shows that, when women are pregnant, the hormone level allows for hair and nail growth.. 99.9% of women experience this while pregnant. The pregnancy glow, is real and a lot of women feel most beautiful, when they are pregnant.

The reason why I prefer natural products on my hair, is because, for many years I damaged my hair with chemical products such as, bleach, hair dye and a lot of other chemical experiments that I wish I'd never done. When I had my pregnancy glow, I made a decision right there and then, that I will only use natural products for my hair, and treat my hair like my baby, by feeding it with natural oils several times a week.. BUT, nobody ever told me about the  postpartum hair loss! 97.9% of women experience severe postpartum hair loss, that I've never heard about, until I experienced it myself.. boy was I sad

. I was so happy with what my pregnancy glow has done to my hair, until that happened.. My hair started shedding so much, that I cried, literally cried like a baby. It felt like I lost half of my hair.. My hair was thin and really brittle, and that's when I decided to do my research on how to get my hair thicker and longer, most importantly, healthier again.

So let me get to it, and stop my rambling.

 PRODUCTS I USE ARE

 * ALOE VERA( I prefer to get the plant and scoop out the natural gel from it) but there are Aloe Vera hair oil in most stores. I live by this, like I said in one of my previous posts

. •VIRGIN COCONUT OIL

. •CASTOR OIL.

 •AVOCADO OIL.

Listen ladies, I know that most of you hate greasy hair, so do i.. but this combination has helped my hair tremendously. I know many people never try this when they see the names of these products, because most people prefer to use more popular brands, well.. let me tell you, I was the same way but after literally crying my eyes out after losing almost all my hair, I had to try this and I do not regret it one bit.

 APPLICATION.

Let the Aloe Vera plant lay in fresh water for 10 minutes while you mix the coconut, castor and avocado oil into a bowl. Cut the Aloe Vera plant into small sections and mix it with the oils. Boil some water and put it into a separate bigger bowl and place the bowl with everything mixed, into the bigger bowl and allow it to heat up, leave it for about 7 minutes before stirring it for about 2 minutes.

Once it's ready, apply it on your roots( it's important to section your hair and make sure that your hair isn't knotted too). Make sure to apply it all over your roots. Once you got it all in there, massage your head with your fingertips, for at least 3 minutes.

You can leave it on your hair for 45 minutes to an hour before washing your hair. Try and use a mild shampoo. I use the Bio plus Aloe Vera shampoo, it's a bit pricy but it's liquid gold to me.

You can pour the rest of the oil that's left, into an empty bottle so that you can use it again.

This natural remedy, has really improved my hair. It made my hair grow a lot faster,A LOT! My hair is healthier and extremely manageable and really shiny. I do this once week, but you can decide what works for you.
I no longer use hair dye on my hair, I decided to go with vegan hair dye, that washes out after a few washes. I went from straightening my hair every week, to once a month, and that played a major role in my healthier, shiny hair too.

I hope these tips will help most of you. Please leave a question or comment for me, if you have, also, share this natural remedy with your friends and family too๐Ÿ˜Š
