If you do not love yourself, you will not be able to love anyone the same way that you are being loved. I know that you have probably heard this before and

Before I go into my weekly hair routine.. let me just add, that I'm not an expert, I'm simply just a beauty enthusiast that has done all my research on beauty tricks that works for me.  The Products that I use, are natural products. This has been a personal preference for quite some time now. WHY?.. well, when I was pregnant with my son, my hair was at it's best, it was healthy, shiny and really soft and smooth. Research shows that, when women are pregnant, the hormone level allows for hair and nail growth.. 99.9% of women experience this while pregnant. Be the Best version of yourself.

Being a full time mom and wife, isn't always easy.. Although, you signed up for it, along with everything else that comes with it, it can be quite challenging..  Most of you were probably so happy being independent while having a full time job, excited for date nights and spontaneous adventures and gestures with your husband, or even your girlfriends. I've been a stay at home wife for nearly 2 years, and a stay at home mom for just over a year.. There's a huge difference between the two, Trust me! Being both can be draining, exhausting and it can pretty much make you feel like you losing your "shits".. it is definitely easy to "let yourself go" meaning, changes in your behavior, physical appearance and yes, you can become emotionally drained and the most common one of all, Depression! Yes ladies, this happened to me... Look, everyone of us are different and our experiences are different too.. by me sharing my experiences, does not mean that you'r
Hey Guys.. Today I decided to focus on some beauty content😊 Before I go ahead to do so.. Let me just tell you guys, I am not a beauty expert, although I wish I was, sadly.. I'm not. Hey Guys😊 When I decided to write about this topic, I needed a strong cup of coffee lol. When my son turned one, he adopted a difficult personality along with him too. Us as mom's are fully aware about our kids changes in their behavior as they get a bit older.. Hitting the 1 year mark can be both difficult and exhausting, not just for the parents, but for the little ones too.. Yes, they too experience many changes and are given such a short period of time to fully adapt to their little changes.. At this age, your kid is possibly already walking or running or still learning to walk on their own, and let me tell you guys that at this stage, it's major anxiety for us as parents, especially for us mom's, because the more mobile they become, the more likely the chances are for them to get a little bump on the arm, legs or head🙈.. This is okay though, despite our efforts as parents trying to avoid this from happening.. it will happen and that's okay.. Their bodi

All Females need to uplift one another.

Being a woman in this world today, is so hard. Society as a whole, makes it so difficult for us women to be our true selves. Women makes it even harder for women to be them true selves.. Why do I say this? Well.. for one, we as women bring each other down too much, with petty comments or being too envious of each other.. well, it has been said numerous times that " put a bunch of guys in a room and they will become good friends real quick and easy, but putting a bunch of women in a room, will cause complete chaos " WHY IS THIS? Let's break it down.. women in general are really insecure, most of us hate to admit this to ourselves or out loud to anybody.. We hide behind our insecurity, by finding fault in other women.. we do this subconsciously though.. We find it difficult to compliment each other, or give credit, where credit is due.. why? Ladies, admit to yourselves that there was definitely a time or numerous times, you felt envious of another women.. go on,

Come on, say it out loud.. FRUSTRATING! Feel better😊 Well let me share my recent experiences with you guys. My husband, son and I are currently living in the United Arab Emirates, the place my husband and I fell in love in. We had our first child in March last year and let me tell you, the best thing that has ever happened to the both of us.  Becoming parents have  been the best and rewarding feeling we've ever felt, but let's be honest, mommy duties never stops,EVER! You find yourself changing diapers, cleaning bottles and preparing snacks completely zoned out, because it has become second nature to you. My husband and I are both in our late 20s and we are the only ones that
